Return Policy

We hope you love what you ordered, but if not, we will take care of your purchase for you. Send us an email including your full name, order number, and product you purchased. Click here for contact form.

We gladly accept returns of new, unused items in their original condition, including any tags and other item packaging. Simply place the item(s) into an envelope with the appropriate number of stamps and mail the item(s) to the address below:

Once we receive the return items, we will issue you a refund minus the shipping cost of the item(s). Once submitted, refunds will take up to 10 days to process and credit your account. If you have not received your refund 10 days after we email your refund confirmation, please contact us to let us know.

Shipping costs are based on location:

All US states except AK, HI, PR, and other US Territories: $3.99

AK, HI, PR, and other US Territories: $4.99

International: $17.00

No exchanges. 

If you received a damaged or defective item, please let us know so that we can resolve the issue by either return or replacement.
